Step-by-step for how we run the work — the same way, every time. Written for whoever's doing the task, whether that's a first-week assistant or a lawyer.
The experts and neutrals we've used, compiled from our files. Filter by category, or search a client name or Clio number to find who we used on a matter. Anyone in the office can rate and review — hit “★ Rate / review” on a card; reviews are recorded by name and date and build over time. Open “Details, matters & reviews” to read them.
How the firm expects us to work. Each policy names an owner and a review date. Drafts are marked and still need partner sign-off.
The current version of every form, letter and checklist — so nobody works from an old copy on their desktop. These live in the firm's document library; the hub links straight to them.
